Since none of the online video sharing sites are safe from purging, I’ve re-uploaded the animator ‘reels’ to my own server. I’ll try and have them all up eventually, but here they are again.

Hurray! Thanks for bringin’ ’em back, Thad – I had a hankering to see the Ken Harris reel again last week, and was quite dismayed to see it had been deleted.
Yay! Hooray! Now I can be lazy and just lead my animation fanatic friends to this site, when they want to know who animated what scene in classic cartoons.
Donalds Dream Voice. mmmm
Terrific! Thanks Thad.
Awesome. Enjoy watching it.
And I just noticed something, in the Art Davis reel at 1:13 (during a clip from “Stupid Cupid”), one of Daffy’s child is a two-headed duck.
So apparently Frank Tashlin beat “Duckman” by 50 years.
Do you have any animation reels for Al Eugster or Shamus Cullhane? I’m not good at identifying their styles (even at Disney)…
Thanks Thad! I’ve had the urge to watch one of these animator reels again. I was distraught when I found them to be deleted.
I’m just as annoyed that your “Golden Age of Animation in 4 Minutes” was taken down, as well as your ad for your old-tyme animation club. It makes even less sense than taking down these reels… :S.
Thanks for putting these back up. Man, that Tyer reel is insane. Though I’m most happy to see the Johnny Gent one again.
Awesome, thanks for putting these back up! It’d be cool to see some of those cartoons again that were taken down if you ever have the time to put them back up. The Bowl of WTF series was especially fun.
awesome dude. you’re the man. much appreciated.
